Since its inception in 2008, the company has embarked on a journey of manufacturing and distributing fire alarm systems. It commenced its operations with conventional fire alarm systems and has since expanded into the realm of addressable fire alarm systems, becoming one of the largest domestic manufacturers in this domain.

Presently, the central factory and main laboratory of the company, sprawling over an area of 3900 square meters, are active within the Shahin Shahr Industrial Park in Tabriz. Over the years, SENS products have reached 31 provinces across Iran and neighboring countries, and the company is currently exploring new markets in various regions around the world. Precise design using the latest technologies, user-friendly interfaces, and alignment with reputable European standards are some of the key factors that have rapidly elevated the SENS brand to a familiar name in the field of fire alarm and safety.

Among its notable achievements are:

– Obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification.
– Establishing the first national fire alarm laboratory.

The After-Sales Services Division of SENSE Company stands as one of its key centers, initiating its activities from the very establishment of the company to provide services and support for the esteemed customers.

In this regard, the staff of this unit is available throughout the week to respond and guide you through technical and specialized inquiries, as well as to address and rectify any system or software issues.

R & D

With a dedicated team of experienced personnel and drawing upon years of expertise, the laboratory unit of SENSE Company engages in the testing and evaluation of fire alarm equipment within the organization.

Established in 2014, Sana Pajouhesh Laboratory embarked on its journey as the first fire alarm testing laboratory in Iran, operating in collaboration with the Standards Administration. This laboratory stands as the reference point for all fire alarm equipment tests, adhering to both national and international standards, including EN 54-3, EN 54-5, EN 54-2, EN 54-4, EN 54-11, ISIRI 3708, ISIRI 3709, ISIRI 3710, ISIRI 3707, ISIRI 6174, and INSO 687-3. Leveraging contemporary knowledge and precise techniques, the laboratory conducts all relevant tests and initiates sample prototypes as per the requests of the Research and Development Unit and Quality Control.

In 2020, the laboratory achieved the implementation of ISO 17025 quality management system under the supervision of the National Accreditation Center of Iran (NACI), enabling it to provide improved testing and result issuance services to referred samples from the Standards Administration, Customs, and inspection companies.

Lab

Using experienced personnel and relying on many years of experience, the laboratory unit of Sens Company operates in the field of testing and evaluating fire alarm equipment in the organization.

Sana Research Laboratory, as the first fire alarm laboratory in Iran, started its activity in 2014 as a partner laboratory of the Standards Department. This reference laboratory conducts all tests of fire alarm equipment according to national and international standards.

EN 54-3, EN 54-5, EN 54-2, EN 54-4 EN 54-11, ISIRI 3708, ISIRI 3709, ISIRI 3710, ISIRI 3707, ISIRI 6174, INSO 687-3. Also, relying on modern knowledge and appropriate equipment, it performs all the expreminets related to testing and launching the prototype designed according to the request of the research and development and quality control unit.

In 2019, this laboratory succeeded in implementing the ISO 17025 laboratory quality management system under the supervision of the National Accreditation Organization of Iran, NACI, in order to provide better services in the field of testing and issuing results to reference samples from the standards department, customs department, and inspection companies.
